 What’s factors affect the accuracy of turbine flow meter 

As far as the accuracy of the turbine flow meter measurement is concerned, it can be considered from the following four aspects:

Instrument selection:

After selecting the flow meter, what’s to be done is to select the specifications of the instrument,  two issues need to be noticed: one is to ensure the accuracy, another is to ensure production safety.
 

Well installed:

No matter which kind of flow meter, there are certain requirements for the installation, in the installation should fully consider this point, to ensure that the installation environment meets the installation requirements of the flow.
 

Strengthen post-management:

Although the flow meter is a smart meter, the production technology is relatively advanced, but it still needs to be strengthened after the operation. For example, in order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the long-term operation of the flow meter, the instrument should be periodically calibrated and checked for operation of the flow meter.
 

Do the internal maintenance of the turbine flow meter:

If the flow needs to be cleaned or inspected due to dirty media or other reasons, it must be strictly in accordance with the cleaning requirements to avoid damage to the internal structure of the flow.
