What's features of vortex flow meter?
 
1. The vortex steam flowmeter realizes the integrated type of electromechanical, and the daily measurement process does not require manual duty;
2. The process installation conditions are not harsh, and the straight pipe section upstream and downstream of the instrument can be greatly shortened compared with the orifice flowmeter;
3. The measurement accuracy of the system can meet the current trade measurement requirements (≤2%);
4. The flow measurement range is wide, and it can work efficiently in some small flow areas where the orifice flowmeter cannot set foot;
5. Small size, light weight, convenient offline calibration;
6. The measurement signal can be displayed locally or transmitted remotely on demand;
7. There are no moving parts, so there is no mechanical wear of the instrument for general measurement;
8. The instrument management personnel do not need training, and the measurement parameters such as flow, pressure and temperature can be read directly from the meter head without conversion conversion;
9. The vortex steam flowmeter only needs to replace the battery (micro power consumption) and the parameters of the measured medium regularly.
