Electromagnetic Flowmeters and the Repair Methods‌
 
1. ‌No flow output‌:
‌Reason: The power supply is not connected or the voltage is too low, there are debris in the sensor pipe, and the sensor cable is damaged or broken.
‌Solution‌: Check whether the power supply is connected and the voltage is normal, clean the debris in the sensor pipe, and check and replace the damaged cable‌
 
2.‌Measurement value deviation‌:
‌‌Reason: The sensor is not installed correctly, there are impurities or bubbles in the fluid, and the fluid pressure fluctuates.
‌Solution‌: Adjust the sensor installation position to ensure that the vertical or tilt angle is within the allowable range; filter or degas the fluid to reduce the impact 
of impurities and bubbles; adjust the pressure fluctuation compensation parameters‌
 
3. ‌Unstable signal output‌:
‌‌Reason: Electromagnetic interference, unstable fluid flow, sensor zero drift.
‌Solution‌: Install an electromagnetic shielding device, adjust the fluid pipeline parameters, and perform zero point calibration and calibration regularly‌
