 Common Faults and Repair Methods of Vortex Flowmeter
1. There is medium flowing in the pipeline but no signal output or instantaneous flow is not displayed:
a). Check whether the circuit wiring and power supply voltage are correct.
b). Confirm that there is indeed flow in the pipeline and it is greater than the lower limit of the measurable flow.
c). Check whether the setting of the small flow cut-off value is too large.
d). Adjust the sensitivity potentiometer and the amplification potentiometer.
e). Check the sensor and measure the resistance between the two leads of the sensor head.
f). Check whether the pressure transmitter and platinum thermal resistor are damaged.
If all the above are normal, the intelligent flow totalizer may be damaged.
